The Qubic System QS-S25 is the Spider — a full 6DOF professional motion cockpit built for sim racers and pilot trainees who want the most realistic simulation available for home or studio use. Six independent high-speed linear actuators deliver all six degrees of freedom simultaneously: surge, sway, heave, roll, pitch and yaw. This is the same architecture used by F1 teams in professional driver training simulators. The QS-S25 does not compromise.
- Full 6DOF: surge, sway, heave, roll, pitch and yaw simultaneously
- 8 ms latency from telemetry to physical motion
- Up to 900 mm/s maximum actuator velocity
- Up to 0.88G acceleration
- 250 kg payload capacity
- Patent pending linear actuator technology
- Compatible with Rally, GT, F1 and flight simulation
- Qubic Manager software included free of charge
- VR ready out of the box
- Low noise operation suitable for home studios
- Modular assembly for easier installation
- 2 year warranty for personal use
Cockpit Set: The QS-S25 platform is sold as the motion base only. The dedicated cockpit set with integrated monitor mounts for three 32 inch screens is available as an add-on above. We strongly recommend including the cockpit set unless you are integrating the platform into an existing custom rig.
Floor Anchoring: The QS-S25 must be anchored to the floor for safe operation. This is a requirement of the platform design under dynamic load conditions.

Six Axes. No Compromises.
The QS-S25 Spider delivers all six degrees of freedom simultaneously. Surge, sway, heave, roll, pitch and yaw working together in real time through six independent high-speed linear actuators. This is the same hexapod architecture used in professional driver training simulators by racing teams at the highest level. The difference between 6DOF and anything below it is not incremental. It is a fundamentally different physical experience. You stop watching the car and start feeling everything it does.
Professional Grade. Home Ready.
Despite its professional specification the QS-S25 is engineered for quiet operation, making it genuinely suitable for home studios and training centres rather than just commercial facilities. The modular design means it can be assembled on site from its main components, which simplifies delivery and installation through a standard doorway. The dedicated cockpit set with integrated triple monitor mounts is available as an add-on, giving you a complete turnkey setup without custom fabrication. Floor anchoring is required for safe operation under dynamic load conditions.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is 6DOF and why does it matter?
6DOF stands for six degrees of freedom. The QS-S25 moves across all six axes simultaneously: surge (forward and backward), sway (side to side), heave (vertical), pitch (nose up and down), roll (side tilt) and yaw (rotational traction loss). Most home motion platforms offer 2 to 4 of these axes. Having all six working together is what produces the full physical sensation of driving a real racing car rather than a simulation of it.
Does the QS-S25 need to be anchored to the floor?
Yes. Floor anchoring is required for safe operation. The platform produces significant dynamic forces under load and must be secured to ensure stability during use. This is a standard requirement for professional grade hexapod simulators.
Is the cockpit set included in the price?
No. The base price covers the motion platform only. The dedicated cockpit set with integrated monitor mounts for three 32 inch screens is available as an add-on when selecting your configuration above. We strongly recommend the cockpit set unless you are integrating the platform into an existing custom rig.
What software does the QS-S25 use?
The QS-S25 uses Qubic Manager, developed by Qubic System and available as a free download. It is compatible with all major racing and flight simulation titles on PC and is continuously updated. It is also compatible with professional simulation SDK applications for developers.
What is the delivery time to the UK?
The QS-S25 ships from Poland. Delivery to UK mainland addresses takes 2 to 5 business days from dispatch. Free UK mainland delivery is included. Please contact us before ordering if you have specific installation requirements and we will confirm access and suitability for your space.
Can the QS-S25 fit through a standard doorway?
The QS-S25 is designed for modular assembly on site. It can be transported and assembled through standard access points. Contact us with your installation details before ordering and we will advise on the best approach for your space.
What warranty does the QS-S25 come with?
The QS-S25 carries a 2 year warranty for personal use and 1 year for commercial use. Post-sale technical support is provided directly by Qubic System via support.motionsystems.eu
