Which Pimax headset?
Dream Air and Crystal headsets for sim racing and flight sim.
SLAM or Lighthouse
SLAM tracks from the headset and includes controllers, no base stations needed. Lighthouse uses SteamVR base stations you may already own.
Check your PC
You need a strong enough GPU and a free DisplayPort. Tell us your GPU and we will check it.

Will my PC run it?
Each product page lists Pimax's GPU guidance. Email us your GPU and CPU and we will give you an honest answer.
Who handles the warranty?
We do. Pimax headsets have a 1-year warranty and we deal with Pimax for you.
Do prices include VAT and delivery?
Yes. Every price includes UK VAT, delivery is free to UK mainland addresses, and there are no import fees to pay when it arrives.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Instalment options are shown at checkout, subject to status. You can see them before you pay.
Can I return it?
If something is faulty you get a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair or replacement under warranty after that. We arrange the return. If you change your mind you can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Full returns policy.
