This is the architecture serious flight training uses. The DOF Reality H6R is the flagship six-axis platform tuned specifically for flight simulation. All six degrees of freedom running at once, pitch, roll, yaw, surge, sway and heave, with reducer gearboxes on every motor for the smooth slow-speed motion that flight demands. Every physical cue a real aircraft applies to a pilot, the H6R reproduces. Climb and descent through pitch and heave. The bank and yaw of a turn. Turbulence through heave. Lateral G in a slip. Thrust and drag through surge. For serious flight simmers, helicopter pilots and bespoke training applications, this is as close to actual flight as you get without leaving the ground. Works for sim racing without drawbacks if you want the most complete motion platform DOF Reality builds.
Configuration: Choose your preferred setup using the options above. Yoke, rudder pedals, throttle and monitor are sourced separately.
Console users: Add the Console Link (MagicBox) variant above if you are running without a PC.

Already own a rig?
Add motion without replacing your cockpit
If you already own an 8020 aluminium cockpit, you do not need to replace it to get motion. SIMRIG actuator systems bolt directly to your existing frame and add 3DOF motion underneath your current setup.
