The DOF Reality H2R is what gets you there. Two axes of pitch and roll move your entire cockpit in response to the aircraft, so climb, descent and bank arrive as motion rather than instrument indications. The R variant is purpose-built for flight: reducer gearboxes on each motor smooth out the slow, gentle movements that flight simulation lives on, the kind of motion that a faster racing-tuned platform would feel jerky doing. Helicopter pilots get the same benefit, the small, precise attitude changes you make in a hover need exactly this kind of smoothness. Works for sim racing too, no drawbacks if you switch between disciplines.

Will my existing cockpit fit on the platform?

The DOF Reality platforms are designed to be used with the DOF Reality supplied cockpit only. Unlike some motion platforms, they do not have a universal top plate that accepts third party rigs. If you are planning to use a DOF Reality platform, your seat, wheelbase, pedals and monitors will need to be mounted onto the DOF Reality cockpit that comes with the unit. Contact us before ordering if you have any questions about your specific setup.

How long does delivery take?

DOF Reality platforms ship from Poland. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks from order to delivery. Orders can occasionally take longer due to manufacturing demand. We will keep you updated throughout. Free UK mainland delivery included.

What software do I need?

SimRacing Studio Pro is included with every platform and handles the motion configuration for over 100 titles including iRacing, Assetto Corsa Competizione, F1, Gran Turismo and more. You download it, connect your game and the platform responds to live telemetry automatically.

Does it work with PlayStation and Xbox?

The platforms are compatible with PC natively. A Console Link add-on is available separately for PlayStation and Xbox compatibility.

What is the noise level like?

24dBA during operation which is roughly equivalent to a quiet fan. The motors are electric and virtually silent. Most customers describe it as quieter than they expected.

What is not included in the box?

Your seat, steering wheel, pedals, monitor and PC are not included when you purchase the Platform Only. The platform ships as a complete unit ready for assembly and all tools needed are included in the box. - There is an option to add a seat and more when choosing product options.

Can I upgrade from an H2 to an H3 later?

DOF Reality platforms are standalone units and are not modular upgrades. If you are undecided between models, contact us before ordering and we can advise on which platform suits your budget and the type of racing you do most.

Do you offer installation?

Our products are designed for self-assembly. We don't offer installation or on-site setup services. Full assembly instructions and video guides are provided by the manufacturer with every order. If you need hands-on help, we recommend hiring a local handyman or technician.
