The Yaw U is the only consumer motion simulator with unlimited 360 degree yaw rotation. No mechanical stop. No reset. You can spin continuously through flat spins, barrel rolls, and sustained coordinated turns without the platform hitting a limit and snapping back. For flight simulation in DCS, MSFS, and X-Plane, this changes everything.
70 degrees of pitch puts you nose-down in a dive or nose-up in a climb with enough angle that gravity itself contributes to the sensation. 40 degrees of roll covers the full combat bank range. Combined with the unlimited yaw, the Yaw U reproduces the flight envelope in a way that traditional actuator platforms cannot because they all hit mechanical stops after a few degrees of rotation.
It works for sim racing too. Pitch and roll cover braking and cornering forces. The unlimited yaw means you feel the car rotating through slides and spins without the motion cutting out. iRacing, ACC, Assetto Corsa, and 60+ other titles are supported natively through GameLink software with auto-detection.
Everything is included. The motion base, seat, side mounts, foot holder, adjustable gaming frame, power supply, 4 wireless USB slots, hardware kill switch, and GameLink software licence. It arrives factory pre-assembled. Setup takes 30 to 60 minutes. Plug it in, install GameLink, and the software detects the Yaw U automatically. Compatible with all major VR headsets including Pimax Dream Air, Crystal Super, Meta Quest, and Valve Index. Built-in VR motion compensation through OXRMC keeps the virtual horizon locked to the platform movement.

Every other motion platform hits a mechanical stop and resets. The Yaw U doesn't. Unlimited 360 degree yaw means flat spins, sustained coordinated turns, and carrier landings in DCS without the motion cutting out halfway through. For flight sim pilots who want the full rotational envelope, nothing else on the market does this.
Your cockpit moves like the aircraft does.
70 degrees of pitch puts you nose-down in a dive or nose-up on climb-out with enough angle that gravity itself adds to the sensation. 40 degrees of roll covers the full combat bank range. Unlimited yaw means crosswind landings, coordinated turns, and flat spins all feel physical.
Works out of the box with DCS, MSFS, X-Plane, and 60+ other titles through GameLink. Also handles sim racing through iRacing, ACC, and Assetto Corsa for when you want to swap wings for wheels.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is included with the Yaw U?
Everything you see in the product images. The motion base, seat, side mounts, foot holder, adjustable gaming frame, power supply, wireless USB connectivity, hardware kill switch, and GameLink software licence. It arrives as a complete package.
How long does delivery take?
Made to order. 6 to 8 weeks delivery. Free UK delivery, all prices include VAT, no import fees or surprise charges.
Do I have to pay import fees or customs charges?
No. The price is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) which means all import charges, duties, and shipping are included. The price you see is the price you pay. Nothing extra at the door.
What games and simulators does it support?
Over 60 titles natively through GameLink software including DCS World, MSFS 2024, X-Plane 12, iRacing, ACC, Assetto Corsa, rFactor 2, F1, Star Citizen, Euro Truck Simulator 2, and many more. An additional 145+ titles are supported via SimRacing Studio integration.
Does it work with VR headsets?
Yes. Compatible with all major PCVR headsets including Pimax Dream Air, Pimax Crystal Super, Meta Quest (via Link), Valve Index, and Pico. Built-in VR motion compensation through OXRMC and Infuse VR keeps the virtual horizon locked to the platform movement.
What makes the Yaw U different from other motion platforms?
Unlimited 360 degree yaw rotation. Every other consumer motion platform hits a mechanical stop after a few degrees of yaw and resets. The Yaw U rotates continuously with no limit. For flight simulation where sustained turns, spins, and full rotation matter, this is the only platform that reproduces them physically.
How much space do I need?
The platform measures 150 x 70cm at rest with a recommended clearance of 2m diameter to allow for full pitch and roll movement. A standard spare room or garage corner handles it comfortably.
What is the maximum weight capacity?
130kg including the rider.
How loud is it?
The Yaw U uses steel gears with a 50:1 planetary drive system. It produces moderate mechanical noise during operation, comparable to other gear-driven motion platforms. Quieter than most full-frame actuator systems at the same price point.
Is assembly required?
Minimal. The main unit arrives factory pre-assembled. Setup takes 30 to 60 minutes including software installation. GameLink auto-detects the Yaw U when connected.
What is the warranty?
1 year warranty with free remote engineering support. The platform is modular, so if a part needs replacing after extended use, individual components can be purchased and swapped without replacing the entire unit.
Can I use it for sim racing as well as flight sim?
Yes. Pitch and roll cover braking and cornering forces for sim racing. The unlimited yaw means you feel the car rotating through slides and spins. GameLink includes tuned profiles for both racing and flight titles.
