Direct-drive linear design with no gearbox, no belt, no lead screw between the motor and the motion. The result is instant response with zero mechanical play. Designed and manufactured by ProSimu in Le Mans, France. Available as a plug-and-play kit for custom builds and DIY motion projects.

What is the difference between 2 and 4 actuators?

2 actuators give you pitch and roll. 4 actuators add heave and surge on top. If you are building a 2DOF setup or upgrading a P3MP, choose 2 actuators. If you are building a 4DOF setup or upgrading to P5MP capability, choose 4.

What does stroke length mean?

How far each actuator physically travels. 100mm is the standard with excellent performance. 150mm adds more range for more dramatic motion. 200mm is the maximum for the most immersive experience. The speed and acceleration are identical across all stroke lengths, only the travel distance changes.

Which stroke length should I choose?

100mm for most home users and first-time builders. 150mm if you want noticeably more motion range. 200mm if you want the absolute maximum and have the space for the additional travel. Longer stroke means slightly taller actuators which adds height to your rig.

Can I use these to upgrade my T1000 3M to a T1000 5M?

Yes. Adding 2x PRS200 actuators to a T1000 3M upgrades it to 5M capability. Choose the same stroke length as your existing setup or contact us for advice.

Do these include a controller?

Yes. The plug and play kit includes actuators, V2 feet, controller, and cables. Ready to install.

What rigs are these compatible with?

Compatible with ProSimu T1000 chassis, T1000AL aluminium chassis, P3MP, P5MP, and custom 8020 aluminium rigs with the PRS200 8020 bracket (sold separately).
