The Simucube 3 Pro is the 25Nm step up from the 3 Sport. It keeps the same 23-bit absolute encoder (8,000,000 steps) and direct drive optimised motor, and adds a 360W continuous, 450W peak power supply, so the detail stays clean when the force is high.

Simucube 3 uses the Link Quick Release with LightBridge, which passes power and data to the wheel without contact, so Link wheels like the Savu PRO need no cables and no batteries. The quick release comes fitted to Simucube 3 Link wheels, so it is not in the wheel base box.

Important: every Simucube 3 system needs one Simucube Link Hub to run. Choose the 'With Simucube Link Hub' option if you do not already have one.

Do I need the Link Hub?

Yes. Every Simucube 3 system needs one Simucube Link Hub to run. Choose the 'With Simucube Link Hub' option unless you already have one.

Is the quick release included?

The Link Quick Release comes fitted to Simucube 3 Link wheels such as the Savu PRO, so it is not in the wheel base box. It passes power and data to the wheel without contact, with no cables or batteries.

3 Pro or 3 Sport?

Both share the same 23-bit encoder and Link system. The 3 Pro gives you 25Nm and a 360W continuous, 450W peak power supply against 15Nm and 280W, so it holds detail better at high force. Choose the Sport if you mainly race GT and want to save money.

Is 25Nm too much for my rig?

It needs a stiff aluminium profile rig or wheel deck, not a desk clamp or a tube frame. You can set the strength lower in Simucube Tuner.

What warranty does it have?

3 years from the manufacturer.
