Will this seat fit my sim rig?
The HTE HRC-R AIR uses a standard side mount pattern that fits the vast majority of aluminium profile sim rig seat brackets without any modification. If you are unsure about compatibility with your specific rig, contact us before ordering and we will confirm.
What size should I choose?
The HTE HRC-R AIR is available in a single standard size. If you need a wider fit, the HTE-R is available in Regular and XL and may be a better option for larger builds.
Is a harness included?
No. The seat includes a removable split leg cushion and adjustable lumbar support but does not include a harness. The 5 harness slots accept 4, 5 and 6 point harnesses from any standard motorsport supplier.
Do I need specific brackets to mount this?
Standard side mount brackets are required. Most aluminium profile cockpits include seat brackets compatible with this seat. If your rig uses a bottom mount only, a side mount adapter bracket will be needed. Contact us if you are unsure.
What is the difference between the HRC-R Air and the carbon HRC-R?
The HRC-R Air uses a fibreglass shell rather than carbon fibre, making it a more cost effective option while retaining the same high containment shell design and FIA homologation. The weight difference is minimal for sim racing use.
How long does delivery take?

Is delivery free?
Delivery is charged at checkout as this product is under £500. The cost will be shown clearly before payment.
What are the cushion pockets for?
The HRC-R Air has velvet lined pockets on the inner side bolsters that accept containment cushions in two sizes. These cushions narrow the internal seat width for a closer, more supportive fit and are available separately. They are particularly popular with sim racers who want a tighter driving position for GT style setups.
