We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Every order includes free delivery — no minimum spend and no hidden charges. All prices shown include VAT.
SimTorque is a UK-based independent retailer. Depending on the product, orders are fulfilled from UK or European partner warehouses and manufacturers. Delivery times vary accordingly and are clearly outlined below and on each product page.

Built to order in the UK.
Estimated lead time: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
Qubic System
Ship from Poland.
In-stock items: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
Made-to-order items: longer (confirmed after purchase).
Helmets, racing seats and accessories
Supplied via UK distribution partners.
Dispatch: 1–2 working days
Delivery: 2–5 business days
Cobra Seats
Handmade in the UK (Telford).
Estimated delivery: 4–6 weeks.
BDH Race Sim Hardware
Lead times vary depending on production.

Large Item Delivery
Motion platforms and large equipment are heavy and may arrive on a pallet or via specialist courier.
- Delivery is kerbside only
- Drivers will deliver to your front door or driveway
- You may need assistance to move the item inside
You must be available to receive delivery. Missed deliveries may result in a redelivery fee.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.
For made-to-order items, you will also receive updates when production begins.
If your delivery window has passed, contact us at support@simtorque.co.uk and we will investigate with our fulfilment partners.
Damaged Deliveries
All shipments are insured.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and product immediately
- Do not continue unpacking
- Email us within 48 hours at support@simtorque.co.uk
Retain all packaging as it may be required for claims.
Delivery Exclusions
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
We do not ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or offshore UK territories.
