We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Every order includes free UK delivery, no minimum spend, no hidden charges. The price you see on our website is the price you pay. We cover all delivery and import fees so there are no extra costs at the door.
SimTorque is a UK-based independent retailer. Depending on the product, orders are fulfilled from UK manufacturers or European partner facilities. Delivery times vary accordingly and are clearly outlined below and on each product page.

Lead Times
Delivery timeframes are shown on each product page and summarised below for transparency.
DOF Reality motion platforms ship from Poland via FedEx or DHL. Estimated delivery 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation. All import charges covered by SimTorque.
Qubic System platforms ship from Europe. In-stock items 1 to 3 weeks from order confirmation. Made-to-order items have lead times confirmed at purchase. All import charges covered by SimTorque.
eMotion Simulators platforms are built to order in the UK. Estimated lead time 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on configuration.
Motion platform accessories have lead times that vary by supplier. Stocked accessories typically dispatch within 1 to 3 working days. Manufacturer-shipped accessories follow the same timeline as their parent product.
Large Item Delivery
Motion platforms and large equipment are heavy and may arrive on a pallet or via specialist courier.

- Drivers will deliver to your front door or driveway
- You may need assistance to move the item inside
- No payment required at the door, all charges are covered by SimTorque
You must be available to receive delivery. Missed deliveries may result in a redelivery fee.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched. For made-to-order items, you will also receive updates when production begins.
If your delivery window has passed, contact us at support@simtorque.co.uk and we will investigate with our fulfilment partners.
Damaged Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and product immediately
- Do not continue unpacking
- Email us within 48 hours at support@simtorque.co.uk
- Retain all packaging as it may be required for claims
Delivery Exclusions
Standard UK mainland delivery is included on all orders. For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and other offshore UK territories, please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote.
